How to Post 60-Second Videos to Instagram from Computer?

Audio Codec: AAC audio codec at 44.1 kHz mono (up to 128kbps)

Now, click “Edit” to open video editing window. In “Video Editor” there are seven edit tabs: Trim, Crop, Text Watermark, Image/Video Watermark, Effect, Audio Editor and Subtitle.

Instagram defaults images and videos to 1:1. If you want a 16:9 aspect ratio like the right image above, you will need to adjust the crop.
- Tap the Crop button to change to 16:9
- Tap the blue arrow
- Add a filter if you’d like, change the cover image, and/or mute the video
- Tap the blue arrow
- Add a caption, hashtag, location, or send as a Direct message
- Tap the check mark, and you’re done.
